Re: AndyRG - Opps ive done it again! the engines are appartany good for up to a relibale 300bhp with a td04 or as the vw lads fit a vf23 320hp :) the td05 is also fitted to a subaru and thats the unit im using :)

Re: AndyRG - Opps ive done it again! I used a local company called Drive Link. £95 per shaft plus Vat including new outer CVS and boots!!! BARGIN!!! :)

If you get 300Bhp out of the 1.2 Engine and it does more than 50 miles on full boost ill personalty give you £50. But good luck in the meanwhile. :)

Re: AndyRG - Opps ive done it again! With the Forged internals, and the Plated Diff running a Td05 18g i hope for around 340Bhp. and simular Torques! :) Ive thrown away the Maf, and using Uprated coils, Ditched VWs Ecu and went standalone, it should be running tonight Custom Shafts cam today...

id say if its cracking that its not correct primer i assume you used a Plastic primer?
