That welding is totally unacceptable for a garage! I would get a nice Custom Exhaust System that will cost abt #400 and be in stainless

I agree with Dan, some thing internally has caused a bearing to spinn, and even with a tagged bearing would have also happened, look at Subarus there tagged and spin bearing for fun! Im use it wont be a Mechanic error from Ashy hes a top engineer. i think it may be the fact his is stupid BHP ;)...

no it was wired on its own, its got nothign to do with the OEM wires mate. and i wouldnt get such a big thing with out getting tweeked :)

The AEM units are very very good, I had on on the last car, i didnt link it to the ECU mind as i played in closed loop also, if its been mapped correctly then closed loop your car should run perfectly and the Lambnda being buggered wont make any different as it wont be used any ways
