Its a external waste gate so how can it stall the turbo?

it doesn't run a dump valve so how do you work that one out. regardless of what you want to call it, its a external waste gate by the way....... not one on the turbo ;) shuda explained that

that comes from the Waste gate closing, turning the turbine the wrong way ;)

Half decent price from a dealer thats may be why its took longer. example Half price MOTS here £25 - But we will fail it on any tiny bit and rob you to fix it ;) Thats my motto.

Re: Boosted BlackGold Project - F4rT content. LOL - It still does the job i suppose, but liek you say its a ladge old with still a big price for what it is. ( new ) Were tinkering with a DIY ecu at the moment, one you build your self and off you go, just for a laugh really but its good fun :)

Re: Boosted BlackGold Project - F4rT content. The k tech ECU runs the GEMS software so its pretty easy to get any mapper to map the ECU, GEMs lead and Dongle and your away. i agree tho if you had to buy a dongle and lead its expensive. The Omex 600 easy to use and wire up, but its very very...

Only bad if its a poxy turbo that cant handle it mate, at this level of boost it will be fine Dan a Gt28 Turbo the model is named Disco Potato ( god knows why )

Re: Boosted BlackGold Project - F4rT content. I can very very Much recommend the Gen 90 by k Tech that will also control the FBW Throttle :) Its been the easiest ECU ive ever had to install :)

After doing a little project for a friend who i met thro Clio sport a few years back. All i am saying is that you cant beat a big of boost. GT28 Disco Potato Turbo waste gate chatter :) Im sure you will agree

Re: AndyRG - Opps ive done it again! No the lights were removed last mot and replaced due to "flickering issues" in other works some lad at the MOT place wanted them for his car and replaced with Cup ones... Some thing again im not to bothered about but i didnt bloody notice when i got it :)...

remove and advance the timing by 8 degrees on the inlet cam, meaning you have VVT on, may cause idle surge! :)
