You can't without the right module. You can remove the shift one left had side click reresh dtc and follow instructions

Don't worry about shift light fault. Most i have seen have the same. Unless you have the abs/airbag modules on the rstuner you won't be able to remove them. Remember they could also be old codes where a fault has been rectified but not deleted.

Powerflex or other hardend bushes will only increase vibrations for a few hundred miles then it will start to calm down. I have zero vibration through mine now and its been on a while.
