Mine has big side up and been like it for 4+ years and is fine. I cant see it being sat level with small side up.

Too much confusion in here. Old style tuner and map used to be able to be shared. It now gets locked out regardless via the unlock code you require. Best thing to do is contact henk direct with questions or buy the unlock code and correct calibration from the fastchip website

I reckon it has a 172,gearbox fitted and the circlip has let go.

No need for high temp paint on the plastic engine cover. Any spray will do. High temp for inlet manifold and engine though. Id advise not to polish the inlet as it results in higher intake temperatures and it gets mega hot when polished. Pain ftw
