Personally i would stick to the recommended elf stuff as apparently some gear oils don't get on with say brass and the like and cause problems.
I stick with elf nfj now. Adam can get 1 litre bottles at renault too.
Its not as easy as just put another in. Damage is usualy done to the lip that holds it in. But if you are lucky you may get away with it.
But once its popped it will do it reguarly! Renault is your best option for one
Here is an odd one for you. Mine used to show 28max on the computer. 6 months later the box gave up.
Had it rebuilt with the main shaft (s) replaced and all bearings. I refitted it and boom 33 minimum all the time.
Spoke with Martin at agency transmissions who rebuilt it and he said that the...

It is a shame Lee +davo, but time is a huge factor which i don't have lol. Switching between forums and fb pages and trying to keep tabs is a nightmare.
If things change i might re-consider in the future. Plus doing my best just isn't good enough for some so i will leave it to them to organise...

200T's was circa 167 ATW. Nice to have LY , black and flame orange ones there.
Result of tbe day was that white meg putting out 317bhp ATW at 3/4 throttle before backing out due it it burning oil. Lol bet its fun on the road

Did you have the belts changed during the headgasket change?? Or just put back together??
