I know, I know.
I have done a search, both on here and on google, but most threads are old.
So, what tyres are we all running on a 182 with cup suspension and Turinis??
I was thinking maybe Pirelli p-zero Nero got, or maybe Goodyear eagle f1.
Any other suggestions?
Car is used as a daily...
Cheers guys. Not sure when I’ll get chance to look at it, but I’ll be sure to check your thread.
I’ll also check out Bram Racing too [emoji1303]

Noticed the ‘stripes’ when I was washing it a couple months ago. When I took it to a detailer to see about getting them polished out, he pointed out that the wing is a different colour [emoji23]
I’m not too fussed about it right now to be honest. I’ve got a couple other things to spend cash on...
Not an update as such, more of a to-do list.
Few of things I need to address at the minute.
1. The heaters only seem to blow warm/hot air regardless of the CC temp displayed. Not sure it this is something I've done when changing the CC panel over or what. I've been reading this thread...
Has anyone got a head unit that supports Apple CarPlay?
I didn’t think I would miss it from my Type R and Golf GTI, but I do!
Obviously a double din won’t fit in the Clio so single din options only, and they seem very expensive!

No. I’m the 13th/14th owner of mine. I can trace the last 4/5 on here and it’s mint. If it’s been well looked after, no bother [emoji1303]

Just a quick one. May be a daft question this, but I’ll ask it anyway!
Is this Honda gearbox oil any good to use in the 182? I bought it for my Type R but never got round to changing it!
If it’s no good, can someone point me in the right direction please??
Ta.

Quick Morrison’s jetwash to get all of last weeks scum and salt off the car. Proper wash this weekend hopefully. Came up quite well to be fair.

Made me a little sad inside to see a car like this on the racking.
Front wheel looks to be hanging off and front bumper is smashed up, didn’t see if it had the rear wing on it but I’m sure there will be salvageable stuff on it.

As much as I disliked the UniRoyal RS3’s off for their dry grip. The grip they provide in wet and in the snow is amazing! I’ve passed struggling cars that a FWD hot hatch has no right to pass in the snow! Genuinely blown away by them! They will defo be my winter tyre of choice in the future...
Another tiny little update.
Thanks to @H2MRK, I received a steering remote on perfect condition. All installed and working as it should. Nice one mate.
Cheers guys
Still awaiting the reply to let me know what my punishment is!
Need another road trip, just waiting on the weather to change for the better.

I have re-evaluated these tyres after the snow.
These things are amazing in the snow! I have managed to drive through the snow without any drama at all and only a couple of really bad bits where I’ve spun the wheels slightly or had a slight lock-up!
Kind of annoys me really as this means I...
Nah man, it feel brilliant to be back in a clio again. Loved the GTi, did everything well, but never excited me. It was all so easy in that car. The Clio is just a proper little hooligans car [emoji23]

Welcome back pal.
I sold my last Clio 16v in 2006 i think it was, then cycled to work for about 6 years, then decided i wanted my freedom back, so took my bike test, had a few sports bikes, then back in a car with a EP3 Type R, Mk5 Golf GTI, then my 182.
About 95k at the minute mate. It’s not a million miles from standard to be fair if you exclude all the updated mounts/bushes etc. It has ITG ind kit, Janspeed exhaust, cup dampers and eibach springs and the Turinis. Think that’s it as far as ‘mods’ go. I didn’t want one that had a load of mods...
Just to give you an idea of what you can buy with £3k. I bought this for £3k about 5-6 weeks ago, and it’s utterly mint. 2004 182FF Cliosport Member owned for a while now.

I totally thought you had bought the car that was in the ‘Fast Club 2004’ article in Evo magazine, but the reg is slightly different!

anyone got a solution to a creaking drivers seat in a 182 FF??
It seems to be the left side upper support that is making all the noise, it’s quite annoying!
Cheers
