as above i have tried everything loose wires and the reset thing where it goes crazy but it just flashes when u go to it , i mean this happend after the body shop gave it back to me they sprayed the interior u c im sur ethey must of done somethign by accident any ideas as im fed up with looking...

worst scenario get air in when refilling and overheats or headgasket, so how do u refil without getting any air in at all after draining the system obv bless nipples? its 172 ph2?

crispy im confused mate i dont think im swapping a pully simply putting the cup set up in just 2 brackets ands a belt , pulleys already fitted on pas i thought ?

just bought kit for various reason,, how ever people say its really easy to fit , but i mean where do i start can some one do a step by step guide with pics etc be a really big help ? i mean take it bumper off air con rad out remove nuts and bolts but u must have to drain coolant and i get funny...

right done the test , strugled to crank over and just about started, dropped to 8v when cranking over, idled around 11.8 and when reved to 3k no change so is there any last things i can check before i go and buy an alternator, last thing i want is to waste all that money and its not that ? cheers
