I haven't got any pictures to hand I can grab some though.
Your right there not cheap but they are quality and they do the job and look better than aero catches.
To fit them you do the following.
Take bumper off
On each side there is a metal tab around 10cm x 5cm drill an 8mm hole in...

Cheers, it's really not that clean though, that was washed with fairy washing up liquid then sprayed with turtle wax detailing spray :D
Yes they do bend the bumper slightly, but that was my error I ordered the kit with the short pins instead of the long pins. I now have the long pins and...
Martin if your still rubbing at the front just bend or cut the metal bumper brackets out the way. I did mine the other week and fitted some quik latches to the front bumper to hold it on. No rubbing so far, still rubbing on the rear though :(
Martin.
My whole cage was only about £250 to get welded in, and the welds are really neat and they did it in a day. 3 days is a little long would need it turned around whilst I wait really as wouldn't have anyway to drop the car off and get home :(
Fantom would your brother be able to do mine :D i would provide money for beer
Martin. how much did they charge you? if there not to expensive i don't mind the drive. I went to Staffordshire for my cage to be welded in.
Your rears look really different to mine, i don't know what that lump of metal is all about :s I'm sure you should have a helper spring in there as well. Have you phoned Curtis at AST
Looking to get some weld in seat bars to make my drivers seat nice and low. Does anyone know of anyone in the essex region who can do this for me.
Thanks
JP83 I'm very calm don't worry. It's just these eBay cages are poorly designed using substandard materials. If you want a rear cage only look at the Safety Devices products as that's a tired and tested product.
