yep.. my mates ktec one is the same.. really noticable . their is a video on youtube of someones exhaust whilst driving along and you can see it seem to grow.. i thought it was a problem with my mounts

i think best like they are too mate... mine is like that and after a bit of a hard drive they stick out about half an inch then once cool shrink back in..

i nearly paid 325 for a set and to be fair they were real nice.. i got a set thru ebay in the end about 15 min away for 120.. had 2 new toyos and 2 crap ones.. did a home refurb on them for now just to see if i liked the colour.. good to see their are some deals about still.

i used the g-tecnik c4 i got off ebay its about 30 quid for a tiny bottle but is brilliant.. i did mine well over 6 months ago and is still like new.. thats not the correct spelling for it ill have a look later when i go out the garage..

can you not just take the slam pannel off that should give access to hit it straight on once the bumper is off ?

ive got ktec coilovers on mine and its a smoother ride than my mates thats on cooksport springs and std shocks..

theirs a vw golf near my work in london that has those teddybear wheels on . i didnt think anyone would ever be stupid enough to buy some.

i replaced mine for one new one then a few months later the one next to it went so thought sod it and replaced the lot for new..

Can't you bridge two of the wires on the resistor pack plug that should then make the motor run full speed. I know this test is to see if the resistor has gone but mite be worth a try as if the motor spins then will save u removing it

Their are a few guides on here to help remove it too mate.

You don't need to remove the wipers to get the heater motor out . I managed to even get the whole plastic box that houses the little aircon rad out without the wipers or other half of the scuttle off. Motor comes out easy tho

Bit of card over the face then clingfilm them cheap and easy I sent a set a few weeks ago thru them and went wrapped seperately and the buyer had them the next day. One big roll from the pound shop did 4 wheels with 2 tyres and then 2 just tyres.

Hopefully I'll find out if its the circulation flap under the dash as I've renewed mine recently so I'll see when I drive it next. Hope it is as I hate the noise
