Quite a large update this time
from the last posts the car has been stripped.
Front carpets have been left in, along with the doorcards and headlining
Ive made plates out of steel sheeting and covered up the "holes" that the rear doorcards sit in
I've also painted the inside ford...

Engine management light is on
code reads something along the lines of:
upstream lambda sensor short circuit.
replaced the sensor yesterday but the fault is still there
the wires and plugs all look to be okay. Any ideas?
If you go to a breaker yard you can remove a plate like this from a 1.2 etc etc
paintnit yellow and swap it out (if you don't want the black corner there
Jack up the car remove the passenger wheel then remove the archlining
look at the rear of the arch and clean out all the dirt etc etc
if the dirt is up to the hole that goes through to the cabin then chances are that's where it was leaking from
ive got the wookie
it absorbs like half a bucket of water so if you buy it then buy a bigger bucket at the same time
it is a brilliant mitt but it takes a while to dry as well!

the front end is making a horrible clunk whenever i go over a bump with some steering lock on.
im pretty sure that it is my top mounts ans the track rod ends and ball joints are fairly new
the only issue is that i have ast solid top mounts
someone i know mentioned spacers that require fitting...
i know that swr do work on clios
thats where 99% of scottish people on here take their clios to have belts done
i wasn't so sure if they done cams and RR?
so 438's seem to be the one to go for.

how much would i be looking at for valves and springs?
The belts are needing done shortly so whilst i am getting it done i figured i'd be as well as growing a set and getting a set of cams as well.
so i am looking for somewhere to do:
dephaser, cam belt, aux belt, water pump
428 cams
re-map
RR figures for before and after
camshaft and crankshaft...
