The car passed the mot ok, no problems. I also spoke to the previous owner before the person i bought it from and he was gutted as he was supposed to have first refusal if he ever sold it. He did send me some picks of it at nurburgring though, thanks andy.

Hi guys are these any good for the 172 clio's? My ph1 has one fitted, it came with the car. It pulls really well but there's no real induction noise. Anyone had one of these and a normal induction kit?

Finally got it to idle!! I replaced the idle control valve with a new one! Just got to get the airbag light out now. The resistor is all soldered in but when we went to go into with the diagnostics it won't let it into the airbag or engine system but you can go into abs etc. Last week it went...

It's stock road, I'm keeping the mouldings std, I'm gonna keep the cda carbon airbox, just need to figure out why it cuts out when i come to a junction. Still undecided about the cup spolier!

Small update, i de stickered it, wanted to remove the badges too but they're pinned! not sure whether to remove the sunstrip at the moment.

Today i replaced the upper inlet gaskets and seal also the throttle body gasket whilst i was there and it'll sit there idling now, did take it for a short run and it still cut out on me once but i'm not sure if that's down to it having a filter directly off the idle control valve? Where it...

Always the way! Once you have one you seem to notice them a lot more! There may be a meet on may the 1st at southend if you fancy it.

My original plan was to use my pearl black phase 2 as a track car, then the monaco came up and it was the colour i wanted to do a williams style track car and then i bought my phase 1 which has most of the bits i wanted already on it! Now i'm moving so need to sell the 2 phase 2's.

It was a suprise to see another phase 1, especially all in black. ( i do like black).

Oz f1's look great, I have a monaco phase 2 with a blown gearbox. I still prefer my phase 1 though. Need some f1's for it instead of the turbines.

I was in my phase 1 this morning and i spotted a y reg black phase 1 on black oz f1's with no fogs parked up on southchurch road, southend opposite swintons insurance. Thought i'd see if they were on here!

I just went to get into the boot of my black phase 2 172 and it won't open. The button feels as if it's locked. I opened it yesterday with no problems!! Any way of getting it open without breaking anything?
