the cold start is controlled through the ecu by the coolant temp sensor, if it thinks the engine is already up to temp it will lean out the start up mixture

Also check the voltage drop over 24hrs then try removing the power and exciter wire off the alternator and check the voltage drop again over 24 he period
E85 requires a stoichiometric ratio of 9.7 to 1
Gasoline has a stoichiometric ratio of 14.7 to 1
so for simplification lets say you need 1/3 more fuel going in on e85 than petrol.
Standard injectors max out at around 210 ish hp
on E85 their maximum flow rate would only allow 150 ish hp.

I find the easiest way is unbolt the upper inlet manifold, unbolt the exhaust manifold and just move it away from the head a couple of inches,

Cheers matey, it's mapped now, gained a few ponies but torque isn't where I want it so I'll have a play with cam timing and possibly look at the pure motorsport 45mm bodies,

get someone to make sure the linkage is adjusted correctly, but its probably going to need a clutch in reality.
