Back home, where my sister is using it. Have no where to park it down here, and its a 10 min walk into uni and 2 min walk into town. Dont have much need for one, although and I have bad itching for a hoon somewhere.
Might see when the date is for the RR day and see if she will bring it down that...
Shame really, its a great looking car and you have looked after it incredibly well. Its not just RUK but the people who sprayed it, still the whole saga is shameful.
Had my iPhone 5 replaced last week coz the lock button was broken. Mine was purchased back in October, just in warranty. Didn't even need a demo, just said it and they replaced so you should be alright.
Only 90 miles - 1.5 hours.
Can make a day of it as he will drop you at the Clarke's village shopping place.
Up to you though, can take the risk of a local garage and doing it wrong. Then be on here complaining that your car is broken because the garage didn't do it right. Then you will...
Nice little write up there mate. Fancy showing me that route sometime? sounds like fun :)
Looks good to, have fun cleaning the white wheels ;)
How much better is the RS2? Im on the fence with it
Not necessarily applying in this situation, but I would have thought that with a decent lawyer etc, a good case could be put together where the risks or doing the days is fully with the people who sign on and pay. And solid evidence would be required to prove someone was being negligent, e.g...
On what grounds though can the insurer that is suing you make you pay out?
As stated above my Moris, we volunteer and accept the risks for going out on track.
I may have missed something obvious
I only skim read some of the bits to get the jist so that it is quite possible I am wrong.
But still in those situations you don't know what other people are going to do, and still slowing down is good driving etiquette.
Surely in that example there would be a case of Person A is unable to control their car, had they not spun there would have been no need for avoiding action to be taken by Person B?
What would the scenario be if Person A had spun out and hit a barrier first, prior to another vehicle colliding...
Got BT infinity at home. Internet has been fine, foods speeds at all times. Their TnC's do state that they can throttle your speeds during peak times if you are using to much. But usually they just seem to load balance than cut your speed to very low. If you download outside your limits they may...
Sound of that is amazing. A great looking car.
As for the wheels, personally I think they need to be silver, or a lighter colour, maybe a gunmetal grey. They are an intricate design, defiantly sets the car apart, and in black the design is masked. But then as you say they may look different in...
Yeh streamline carbon one. No need to post, if you have some, in the new RS style ones you did (if they are the ones I am thinking) just bring them to the next meet if you can make it.
And for the washers issue - my 200 went through with HID's in, but will cross that bridge when I come to it
That sucks mate :(
Hope its just cometic and not to serious.
Will have to go through insurance, and then they will have the car inspected somewhere local to report the damage and estimated repair costs.
I dont know how im getting down. I am tempted to drive myself but then need to get the car back home, I move in on Saturday so got to pack and decide.
Haha honestly, if anything its about the same, had he cat put back in now so it might improve.
Haha, well might of taken an inferno, or trophy, but none were close by, or in were abit dog-eared. But yes I like blue!
Yeh went round 3 different places, and 2 were not buying. Tried to see if they would hold the deal open, but having been round 2 larger dealerships, decided to take the...
Thanks for the comments :)
Had a run in it tonight, I am no writer or journalist. Honestly, the two cars are not easily comparable as they are very different, they are 5+ years apart so the advances in ergonomics and cabin quality are evident. The 200 was a nicer place to be, and the driving...
Well after some debating, and doing sums, the 200 finally went
Was sad to see it go, a phenomenal car always put a smile on my face.
One of my favourite photos, taken by a 'The Fatty' at a meet.
And a few from its final clean.
So the replacement ...
(sorry crap wet iphone pics)...
Depends how much you want to spend, and the quality of sound you are looking for.
I've used the guys at Car Audio Security in Hayes, and they have always been great.
