Only used an obd2 reader and that was the fault. Not sure about live reader?. I've reset it now and its stayed off but ive only drove about 5 miles since.
Maybe the wiring on the second lambdas not quite right? It was taken out the cat and stuck into the decat at a different angle. Maybe wires...
Well it' been mapped and they removed code p0420 which was meant to be cat lambda that comes on with a decat... so I'm surprised there is even a light on to be honest. Even though this is a different code

Hey guys. I've reset it but I'm wondering a few things.
I'm running a decat and have used one of those L shaped adaptors (screws into the decat and lambda screws into that). These are meant to try and fool the sensor. No light came on within 150 or so miles but then I got the clio 182 remapped...

Car runs fine (clio 182) and I think it' to do with the decat, although it had a remap and this was meant to be erased so I'm stumped
Got the orange eml on so got myself one of those cheap obd2 readers. It will establish a connection but gets stuck mid scan at 2 bars. If I donitnright ignition off it scans fully then says there's no fault codes. Very annoying.
Plugged it in. Waited. Turned ignition on. Starts scan and then...
Can imagine it'll do my nut in very shortly. They should be able to make a bit tamer if I ask or just take it off completely They quoted me crackles not full on backfires lol
I was told they would add a bit crackle to the overrun, wasn' expecting full on bangs. I got a vid I'll try upload it. It's my daily at the moment Yeah!
Is this the same as the pops n bangs rs tuner map? I've heard that can damage the engine? It's not excessve but sometime it's more like pops and gunshots and flames...
I think so bud. The power is there now from the get go. Not waiting for the 5k. Throttle is a lot sharper. And it' spitting flames out on the overrun so that' definiely new hahah
Hope these are ok. Just stuck a panel one in the 182 Air box. Heard a bunch of stuff about foam filters falling apart? and them letting particles through. Surely Not? Worried now much stick a paper one back in haha
I'e just stuck in ramair filter. Saves 20 quid every service for a new paper one.
I am a bit worried however as ive read foam panel filters have a tendency to fall apart and be sucked in the engine?!!! Hopefully this is just scare tactics
Cars got 49k on clock. Only engine mods are a manifold back straight through scorpion exhaust and a ramair panel filter. Hopefully a healthy engine. With the low miles but we shall see. With the petrol and messing about itll be about 250 -300 all in going to either efi or rs anyway so might just...
Well it' a bit off a drive but at over 200 quid saving for more or less the same tuning its probably worth it to be honest. Especially if its tweaked to each individual and not some generic map

Well all this has thrown a spanner in the works anyway. Seems 400 is a bit rich for a remap considering the other options
I'm optimistic ecotune will deliver a similar outcome as efi but at a cost by the looks of it. Most places that have quotes me simply apply the pre mapped flash software and do a before and after on the dyno.
