well it is, those ebay units are cloned units. you have to then install the software on your laptop.
pretty much though yeah. Mine has paid for its self multiple times over.
nah. I bought one off ebay a few years ago. Should be plenty of people in your area with one. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Renault-CAN-Clip-V151-OBDII-Latest-Renault-Diagnostic-Tool-Multi-languages-/281470405981?hash=item4188f18d5d:g:hwgAAOSw8cNUQMDM
The first time I did them I didn't clean up the backs and it took me hours, 2 broken tools and a blow torch. The second time I cleaned the backs up properly and had both sides done in an hour.
it's a 40 or 45 IIRC. Make sure you take some time cleaning up the threads on the rear of the bolts. It will save you hours, rounding the bolt and breaking tools. A dremmel and wirebrush is best.
yeah exactly. Other than maybe a couple of KG. You do need to run the roof loom for climate though! must be 100 grams!
It does actually work without the roof loom however unless the controller is on min the mixer flap is all the way to oven mode as the climate registers -64 deg as the internal...
as a 182 non cup it might have cup packs which use a 84mm front bearing. Non cup hubs use a 72mm bearing. Call Renault and find out if you car has cup packs.
Rear discs use the same bearing as a standard clio with drum brakes so.
All bearings will appear on euro car parts with your reg, just...
they are totally different set ups, wiring, blower unit and heater matrix. It would be easiest to get the interior loom from a cup with the blower and matrix and swap it all over.
@Sunglasses_Ron use sikaflex 291 sealant on the frame, I had it on for 2 years, absolutely no signs of degredation and because it's flexible it also dampened the stupid creaking it made too...
So what a sad week it's been. The car wasn't getting any interest from the advert on ebay so I decided to break it for spares and took the plunge of stripping it on Monday.
12 hours later everything was off and Claude was destined for the scrappies. This morning we got the shell on a trailer...
Sport springs are not good, the dampers are designed for different spring heights so it just runs on the bottom of the dampers. You have to change driveshafts. hubs, wishbones, struts and springs.
My mate does a cracking new car protection ;) http://www.detaildriven.co.uk/services-new-car-protection/
Bit on the price side for what you were thinking of though!!!
Yeah it's not too bad. Will be sorting out the cat fitting kit this weekend and getting rid of the hideous blue interior light!
Was actually mapped by k-tec. Having looked through the SH one of the previous owners spent a lot of money there getting it serviced and having a few bits done. Map...

£90 Soundbar, perfect working order...
Picked this up last night as my dci is on its last legs and probably won't make out summer holiday without total failure.
It's my third 182 and I plan to do nothing to it but certainly nice to be back in another one. Needs an oil change, the tracking sorted and a cat gasket.
Spec
Poly bush...
The time has come, this is now for sale as I've got a new car.
£900, can be driven no problem, I'm still doing 1000 a month in it but needs attention to the fuel system. Does use some oil. Sometimes needs easy start to turn on when hot.
158k now I think, Mot until September :)
Some of you may have seen me post this on CSOC.
I keep my track car ages away from me at a friends house in the countryside. I've recently moved to London and called up the insurance company to let them know the storage location of the car has changed, no problem, no policy price change.
I...
