Hi, I have a 182 that I have just fitted 4 news tyres too thinking that would solve the issue i have atm. When doing 65/70mph plus on the motorway the steering becomes very twitchy, almost like the tyres are overinflated, aggressive direction changes, could it be worn bushes, Steering...
Cheers bud,
Its like anything these days, There kinda worth what people are willing to pay for them, I remember buying a Williams 2 in 2009 for £1500, selling it two years later for the same money and look at them now, are we really saying those cars are 15-20k? Maybe they are.
All I look at...
That time of year again when the 182 was due its MOT, Failed on o/s/r handbrake cable and some brake pipes too replace, Managed to do other little jobs at the same time, Full service, Air Con re-gas, fitted some bradded hoses, bottom ball joint and replaced the centre pipe with a Scorpion...
Hey. Picked up my 6th Clio on Thursday. Have to say this is the nicest one yet.
182 FF with 1 owner from new, full main dealer history, 63k and not had a bit of paint.
Drove all the way down from Glasgow to Wakefield, Not a beat missed and 44mpg!
Nothing to do to the car apart from having...
As above, I ve a de cat going from the manifold, and the rest of the system is getting a bit tired now, any suggestions what system I can run from the decat or if I get a 182 sports cat?
I am after a cat as my 172 is due an mot in Feb and is running on a de-cat, I ve no idea what exhaust system is on or what the manifold is apart from 4-1. its a 2.5 bore and the distance from the manifold to the centre pipe is 37cm, has anyone any ideas where is find a cat or come across this...
remove and re-fit, just pulled out of the garage now and all the lights went off, went down the road and brought it back and there still off. Could it be a case of the car needed to learn the new peramitors for the tracking/steering alignment?
Thanks, We have a snap on examiner at work so al get one of the lads to plug it in for me to see what the fault is, just found it strange as it was ok before the tracking was done.
Had the tracking done on my car today, which by the way was way out and I come to turn the car on and these lights were all on. Any advise? I ve taken out the Brake pedal switch, un plugged it and fitted that again as a few have suggested that but has made no difference.
The williams2 95M I had was great fun to drive, quite nippy and a great engine it was just a rust box that's all, great shame I sold it 3 year ago for £1400 and it was in nice condition than some that are going for 3k, then I had a 04 182 one owner from new that was a solid car never had to...
