I use this most of the time, no need to piss about with tensioner.
It's designed for stretch fit belts so they don't get damaged while fitting. Tried it on a clio and it works a treat with no damage to belt.

Failing that drill or grind off bolt head carefully so you don't damage head, just means you have to lift head off further once everything else is removed.
Then remove remainder of head bolt.
I have done a few this year , not had a failed pump as such but plenty with play and signs of leakage.
b******s to do it the stupid bolts are siezed in but otherwise adds about 45 mins to job.
That stuff works, got an old shitter a few years back with a badly blown head gasket , put it in it run it up for an hour and the cars still going strong 3 years later.
OK for an old shitter but cliosport or similar fix it properly.

works out around £225-250 usually, genuine parts used.
oil, air, pollen, spark plugs, brake fluid, coolant,fuel system cleaner & engine flush, full check over , clip test and roadtest.
