I had pretty much the exact same thing written this morning but I think I come across as a bit of a c**k in threads like this so I didn’t bother posting it, lol. Imo, that £1100 pc I posted on the first page is still the best bang for buck system posted so far.

PCPartPicker will make sure your system is compatible, give you rough prices and allow you to purchase directly. I wouldn't buy a pre-built system unless you can get a bargain and it's too good to pass. Building a PC is like adult LEGO, so don't worry about building it yourself.
