Ye it is difficult unless you can pin point exactly what it is. Could be a simple bush, shock etc I have just gone for a full suspension replacement which cost me around £550-600 I plan to keep it for a good while so willing to put a bit of money into it.

Nah they only last 3-4 years, got a mate that wrapped his. Recommended that you don't jet wash or clay bar at all. What colour is your clio just now? You will have to get the door shuts done and possibly engine bay so it doesn't look odd.

Specialists tend to do trackdays in with the policy for additional cost. Greenlight do it for £45 or £85 depending on which insurance company they put you with but you would have to have a policy with them. Sky insurance do single track day cover. Not sure what they charge.

I wouldn't be too annoyed, that's ebay unfortunately. I sold my golf on there and it is tiresome when people just ping you offers so you may have caught him at 1 to many offers and he had a bad day or something. It is not an unreasonable offer. :)
