the car is on it's wheels for some time, we'll do a separate thread in the clio projects area but for now a little teaser..

no there isn't
The car feels soooo much nicer without the creaky clutch :( Driven mine 5 years like that without bothering too much but now somehow it really bugs me
greased the nut-fork joint couple of days ago and also tried to reach the fork-release bearing area with some degree of success and it was good for 2-3 days. Obviously in my case it's not a clutch cable issue.
I'm thinkin if there's a way of re-designing those contact areas or modifying them...
I am sick of this annoying issue and I'm curious just how many people have it. maybe this is not such a popular problem after all. I'm thinkin if there is some 1*2 with 100k on the clock with no creaky clutch then maybe there is a catch and the unlucky ones could sort it out somehow..
I'll...
this happens with mine also but only while moving (like slowing down to a traffic light and while in neutral)
brakes seem to lack the initial bite (discs and pads are one good-ds 2500+ brembo HC combo) could these two issues be related?
I'd say trophy wheels (they will improve handling as they will stick out 3 mm more) or some lighter alloys. you can go as far as et 35-37 with no problems (maybe some bumper bracket scrub if you're planning on lowering the car)
bump on this.. I have some issues too with the start up, interesting that I also have the ktr engine mounts plus the poly dog bone thing in there and was curious if you managed to sort it out by now. I'll check the wire soon, btw, is it hard to reach?
Hi
I filled the tank the other day and the dash was showing 51 L of fuel.
I reset the trip computer, then after about 320 km it displayed 25 liters of fuel consumed
Weird stuff is that the fuel left indicator shows 20 liters left in the tank, so where are the 6 liters missing?
Is the trip...

there is a lambda sleeve on Kamracing that is said to cure the emissions light problem but I'm not sure how it works
link here: http://www.kamracing.co.uk/renault/renault-clio-mk2/exhaust/gaskets-fittings/kam-racing-lambda-sleeve-m18.html
anyone fitted this? help would be nice as I'm planning to...
this is normal.
if they sprayed at the same time the pressure would be split in two, this way you get all the pressure from the pump on one side at the time
you sure the k-tec ones are ported and not just matched? best thing for me would be to get a ported inlet shipped and me sending back my inlet after install since I'm overseas
the 172 inlets are slightly different from the 182 ones? (different design) or I'm talking s**t?
I will be tempted to buy them if they are a direct fit
Besides AWT is there anyone who makes ported inlets?
