The PC shipped with windows 8, forgot to add to this. Reason I wanted a disc was that the reset feature failed after hours of waiting (5 hours to 39% before I went to bed, woke up to the failed screen.) tried all the options I had but it kept requesting a disc but then I found another option...

For windows 7 there used to be an official service where you could download the installation ISO from i think digital river. Is this available for windows 8? I notice on Microsoft they offer a tool but this is only for 8.1, last time i upgraded things didnt work properly.

That was the plan iain. ideally i want to remove that 2tb drive and replace it with 1 ssd and one normal drive of the same size (laptop size?) piggy backed in the same place.

Find somebody who can drop the box out then take it to get refurbished/sorted then get the same person to refit the box. It's not that much of a difficult job to remove but I'd look for someone that'll know what they're doing

Have taken it up to the a4069, what a cracking car. The steering is spot on, the suspension is well balanced. Perfect car for these roads. Would love to put spacers on, part of me doesn't trust them though

When I go to download music the first couple of songs will download but the rest will not. A cloud icon appears next to the song then. When the cloud is present it seems impossible to restart the download. How do I get rid without a computer?
