Hi all.. I've done a search but found nothing relevant to what I'm looking for.. Basically I want to give it a go at
rebuilding my 172 engine But can't seem to find a manual.
Does anyone have any info or know were I can find this please.. Beer tokens will be given.

The 200's don't have xenons there just normal bulbs in a projector headlight these also have cornering lights to as I have them on my raider.. Now I find all 200 headlights are s**t unless you have hid's don't light up the road enough and the cornering lights well there about as much use as a...
I'm currently fitting the 197/200 diffuser to my 172 and running a 200 exhaust system.. Going to be big work having to cut boot floor and install 182 floor panel. IMO not worth the time effort but I want to be different.. Il post pics when done..

Op where you live.. Great thing about living in the hills is I'm 22 3years no claims and paying 700 for my 200 raider. Not long got a multi car quote to insure my 172 and it's 1100 for both :)
Oh dear not only would you be gutted about the car I wouldn't want to face the bill after that.. Safety car, closed track, recovery truck I would of left the car and done one..

Not as easy as that bud.. To avoid damaging the car jack the rear up.. Axle stands on jacking points.. Remove the 2 damper bolts... Remove the 3 bolts on the drivers side ( holds the beam to the car) make sure before hand you unclip your abs wires... Exhaust will slide off in 1 piece.. Bolt beam...
If your car is speedo driven which i think it maybe (not 100%) but your car into 1st and drive like you normally would if your speedo moves i would suggest the circlip as that is what happened to my sport. If not then i would suggest the clutch..
