We'd bought some little domed sparco sticker things for the subframes, I think they look pretty decent for an eBay cheapo buy. Then a few more pictures of the seats in the light:

I've just bought some wheels from @cs_dave so I'm quite excited! Hopefully I can get them fitted before heading back into work in the new year :up:

On second thoughts the ECU controls all of the locking etc... doesn't it?

Here's my stupid question thread from a few weeks ago :smile: as well as my progress thread with the car, which shows fitting is possible even for a complete novice haha!

I did mine at the weekend and had some good help from here. I didn't use side mounts though, just runner and subframes. Are you fitting two seats and do they both have runners? I had to drill additional holes in one of the subframes and the holes didn't match up to the location of the fixings...

That's very kind @GrahamS , thank you for the offer. How much do you charge if you don't mind me asking? I'll have a look to see if I can find a spare ECU to buy and send over - I need to keep the car on the road for a few weeks really and it'll be handy to have a spare anyway :up:

Cool, I'll have to give it a look. Is there a guide on how to use it on here? I'm sure there's lots of snippets so may give it a go. I imagine it'll come in handy for plenty of other issues that will crop up as well. Are the clone's ok?

I haven't gone a copy. Is it something that you run on a computer or something that's on some other device? I'll have to have a look to see if I can find anything, unless you know where I can get it? :)

I probably should have done and will have to. I went for a drive after fitting the seats (the cars not moved for a month so it's rude not too) and the service and airbag light came on. I guess one to the resistors has come loose. Maybe reconfiguring would be the way to go, I'll just have to...

The seats are in, they're the worlds worst pictures but it was going dark and properly foggy! It took a lot longer than expected but I'm very happy with them. The seats do sit high with them being on the 'higher' Sparco subframes (and Sparco slider rail), but there is just about enough...

Thank you for the offer, the buckles have arrived today so i'll try and fit them at the weekend and see how I get on. I'll certainly give you a shout if I need a couple of brackets making :up:

Awesome, thank you kindly for that. I've just ordered some of the 35mm so I can use the existing nuts. Does anyone have any ideas on how to mount the oem buckles to the subframe? Is it just a case of drilling a whole and going for it?

Hi all, I'm being stupid and not finding a lot of information on the bolts that I need to buy to fit the Sparco bucket seats and sub frames into my 182. The only things I can find seem to mention different sizes so I thought I'd just ask to make sure. I've ordered these fixings for attaching...
