Noise imo. Speed is becoming more and more pointless with the amount of speed cameras/speed bumps/ and tbe general state of our roads. Noise can be enjoyes much more than speed can.

Rattles are my main bug bear. Suppose it stems from the dirt cheap plastics that are everwhere. It is probably the norm for new cars in this price bracket, although after coming from an 8 year old Golf I did expect a little better.

Whats everyones opinion on the build quality? I'm only 1300 miles in and not overly impressed if I'm honest. Still a nice little car but I'd be miffed if I'd of payed 20 grand for it tbh. I think I'm just missing a car with a bit of noise tbh, turbo 4pots sound woefully bad no matter what...

I agree my mileage barely warrants a car tbh but I like having my own transport. Its saving me money while I purchase my first house. Once the two years are up I'm 25 and intend on doing my bike license. The plan is to buy a 600 superbike for the week and a MK2 Focus RS for the garage/weekend.
