I believe the same colour as yourself. RAL 6018. I narrowed it down and finally it was between Racing Blue and this green and seeing yours really swung it for me. I really hope you take it as a compliment. Is RAL 6018 actually used on anything in particular?
Double post, (edited for some use)
Spec in brief is:
Fibreglass panels, polycarb windows and lightend shell, itb’d lump custom ally airbox and radiator, custom loom, dash2, recaro’s and scroths. Fully polybushed,
Let down will be the suspension but I need to get it rolling asap
Pretty sure I have posted in here before, but it was probably quite a long time ago.
On that basis I thought I'd best update with possibly a one off???
Project thread here if anyone cares/is interested

UPDATE:
Page 100, thats escalated, and what do I have to show for it after 100 pages.... a shell, albeit a painted one, a very very GREEN one
ALL GREEN EVERYTHING
Inside, outside, underside - everywhere.
Scratch the above, Cromwells wanted me to order a minimum of 20 of the finer pitch items which proper ramped up the price. But I did get them from Falcon supplies.
Just putting together an updated spreadsheet now - can post later
For anybody interested I have just found the finer pitch bolts on Cromwells.
I will shortly be amending my quote and ordering the bolts so can post those details up for others.
UPDATE:
Turns out you can only upload 10 images at a time. I will continue.
Next up for me was the doors, I new these were going to take some time so struggled to fit them in. Getting all the parts of them marked, trimmed or cut back went on and on and they were literally the last thing to be...
UPDATE:
To say I have had a manic few weeks is an understatement, working in London then commuting home I wasn't getting in til 7.30 and then trying to get jobs done to keep things progressing was a struggle. As mentioned above there was still a lot to do before paint was applied, but its done...
I haven't made the order yet chap, I need to add some more bolts to my list as I ideally want to change out my panel fitting bolts too, but I probably will order nuts too yes.
Ideally need this answered off @Tomotek though
You noted above about the calliper backing/top plate, but then have it...
Hi mate, you noted above about the calliper backing/top plate, but then have it on your list (QFT6001076J), did you just not use it?
Also just to check on this as they are blanked/n/a (in the Cromwell code field) did you reuse he below bolts or need to source them from elsewhere:
Front
Wishbone...
Hiya mate, looks like a great build, also looks like we are at very similar points of build (although yours has come through the process a lot quicker).
I am just about to hang my doors using the same method, I see you have captive nuts on the spreader plate inside the door,
Did you drill...
Yeah a fair bit to do, been heading down in the evenings after work and working on the fibreglass panels, the roof scoop is cut, the tailgate hung and the first aerocatch hole cut, back down there tonight and should have the other aerocatch fitted (so thats tailgate done), then move onto the...
UPDATE:
So as seen from the updates kindly uploaded from @CamMoreRon above, the main part of the fabrication on the cage is pretty much sorted here a couple more detailed images, including the harness mounts over the tunnel.
The car has been moved to the bodyshop for the next stage now and...
All the interior will be the same colour to minimise glare, It would be nice to "show off the cage" but if I was doing this I would for sure just clear coat it...
Thought I would post this back in here so people are aware. Spoke to Cromwells about the above bolts and they come in at around £24 all in.... seems like a no brainer to me....
The base of it is the Oreca/Sassa (I would say 6 point but it already triangulates to the front susp).
I have then added a dashbar, and changed the location of where the rear triangulates to (use to be the arches and is now the rear susp), + the rear lateral bar between struts, his meant I...
Mitch was telling me about your order as he has 2 orders in with him under the name Neil, (the other one is mine), he mentioned about ordering more green... hope you get to fit them alright
The lateral rear strut bar is high enough to have a decent angle on the shoulder straps, the angle is 12deg.. (MSA / FIA allow anything between 10 and 45).
The diagonals are also oriented such that the harness bars would be really short and off to one side, so the straps would be skewed if added.
There are a lot of things that could of been added but i think this is a good middle ground between strength/safety and weight.
I wish It made sense to just clearcoat the cage rather than paint it, ha
All in all though, very happy and the car is already in the bodyshop. I now need to get the...
I thought I would probably have to go custom. Does the exhaust go up and over the rear beam in the original location? Or you just stayed central all the way through?
Great news on getting it running again.
On the note of the centre exit, do you have any images of how you have that set-up, or what system it is etc - got to look into this shortly and was going for a single centre exit.
Cheers all, I visited the fabricator today and it is going well. I am sure some images will pop up at some point... I'll just say he is known on here and is pretty damn handy
Fabrication should be done by Wednesday morning and then the car is moving to the painters.... I really need to crack on...
