Has anyone used the D600 or D800 with the MB-D12 grip? Just re-thinking about that 4 fps for capturing the action!

True :) I'm debating with myself over a 2nd D3 now or the D800 - I'd take the D800 when traveling light and still have the option of video (if I had the D800 that is)

Only thing about the D600 is it has video - I love my D3 though, and the 11fps :)

Can anyone recommend how to run through a batch of photos processed in Lightroom 3 to size them up for printing with the likes of DSCL Anything quicker than opening individual images in CS4 and cropping & assigning profile would be great as I have a run of about 80 images to print in 8x6...

Love mine in the 172 :) the only thing about it though - drowned out by the KTR supersport exhaust! So couldn't really get you an accurate sound clip of it

Yeah just something with a flat edge to catch the piston - I have a windback tool I got on ebay but its about 3mm too big for the dam piston! Just be careful not to nik the rubber boot and you're alright :)

I reconnected mine as said above but my bumper was crushing the pipe behind the n/s headlight and no water came out of either side = failed it!

Wouldn't do that - easier to disconnect the power to the pump that drives the headlight washers :) plus you get a better spray on the window! ;) Get to it under the n/s scuttle panel (the inner one IIRC). Wrap the connection in electrical tape & connect it up again for MOT if you haven't went...

Out of interest, anyone know how much an exchange caliper is?

Yeah - my handbrake boot came off an old caliper couple of years ago and it looked well complicated in there so doubt I'll be touching that! Was just worried the piston would of been a PITA to change

I left mine in with new wishbones, arb bushes, track rods & the rack bushes to replace all in 1 go... the only thing they didnt fit was the rack bushes told me I didn't need them but I thought I did :S What's the special tool needed?

Ha! I'm not giving up that easy - just don't fancy taking the piston out to insert the new seal (since I have them) and not be able to get it back in!
