Finally got round to fitting my Powerflex bushes to the dogbone today - took it for a run and WOW :) so much better! Anyone know how to go about fitting the wishbone bushes, or more to the point - where to position the metal sleeves when tack-welding them?

How the hell did you get the other half in? I've tried that and you would almost swear the 2nd half was bigger!

Yeah that's similar to mine, only not as frequent (need to move my wheel quite a lot to get the noise) Did Birchdown come up with a solution for it?

It may be the audio from the clip but mine sounds louder than that, although not as many clicks between lock-lock PS - the steering seems so much lighter on that car!

I had an inner track trod replaced around Christmas time, would it be worth doing the other side and both trak rod ends now when I'm replacing the wishbones/balljoints and fitting powerflex bushes all round?

Well I have K-Tec coilies and top mounts in mine, have had for a while now and no problems apart from the odd bong/twang from the spring at first. Got an inner track rod on the passenger side fitted & alignment done before christmas. Also had a PAS fluid leak from the top hose around this time...

Putting a new pair of wishbones with powerflex bushes on the car next week, do I need to change the bolts for the arms too? Renault say they are no longer available :S

What are you shooting with, what version of PS you got?

Mine is ONLY when stationary, and when there is friction & the wheels are under load - if the surface is slippery, loose or even wet - no noise :S
