Hoping to make it down and meet some of you guys.
What's attracting you to the French Trophy? Just being more competitive? You'll still have to contend with the 306s.
Are they allowing sequential boxes do you know - the regs seem even freer than the tin tops.
My doctors wanted 200 quid!
I went with some online company "drivers medicals" or something, they have offices all over. It is basically the same as the HGV test plus colour blind test, think it was 60 quid ish.
The ring round the barrel just reads the key and passes the info to the ecu/uch. They will work with any key it is just the uch, key and ecu that are linked together.

I was planning to do the Abingdon Carnival rally in June (8/9th) as my club run the autosolo there on the Saturday and it is just up the road from me. But I think it may be a bit optimistic prep wise lol. I think I have all the parts necessary. We'll see.
I have a license for it now.
I didn't really notice any difference loudness wise between sports cat and decat, but it is noticeably quieter with the std cat.
FYI my car noise tested at:
68dB completely std system
86dB ktec twin box stealth with sports cat
I have these:

I get that on the motorway!
I was well over 130 and possibly 140 (gauge difficult to read in that range) in races - I'm getting an oil cooler but I don't think you need to worry at 105.
