    PMS gear linkage damper

Rattle doesn't bother me either. In fact I don't think I can even notice it when driving, only when reversing when it clucks down off the side ridge.

I've got loads of videos from Silverstone. Most of which are boring and a bit slow. This one is the only one which might be worth watching. Following @Ant_Smiggy driving Andrew Glover's car.

BMS one still has rubber bushes I thought? PMS is all spherical bearings... May be wrong though as I've never seen a BMS one. I liked the standard one too to be honest. Was reluctant to fit the PMS one but glad I did it's such a nice bit of kit.

    Too much oil???

How long did you let it drain out for? 4.8 Litres should be fine. No way it could read so high on the dipstick, unless it was still gushing out when you put the sump plug back on.. Sometimes it can take a while for it to all drain out, especially if the engine is cold and hasn't been warmed...

A few more photos. I'm quite happy with how the car looks now to be honest. Not bad for silver.

One was a Sony one from Amazon, one of the ones on the Go Pro compatible list. The other was just a stereo MIC from eBay. Still got them at home in the draw.

I first heard about the shaft issue when I posted on here about juddering I was getting around corners. If you read through all the posts around the one you quoted of mine you'll see it mate :) The Phase 1 shaft is a fit and forget thing though yes. I have a 172 gearbox in mine. So it could...

I'll keep a close eye on mine :) Thanks buddy :) It has been a long time in the making and there are still a few small things to do before I'm happy to leave it. In regards to the Gripper. I'm not entirely sure if you would NEED a shorter wet side shaft. I'm sure there must be loads of guys...

Yeah there's loads of little things I've done. Most of which you forget about but then it all adds up in the end. I've not even gone crazy with it either. Still got the full heater matrix and lower dash in place with climate control haha.

Can't be that much no. The rear cage section is only 25KG. 100RON fuel is apparently 0.754KG a litre.

Martin's Track Clio 182 Project Thread

No front section (yet) but a SD rear section with double cross and harness bar. Just over 1/4 tank fuel. Forgot to mention that. So would be about 10kg extra to get it up to half a tank. (Assuming the Clio tanks are 50L)

Silverstone GP - Monday 15th Feb 2016 Had an awesome day with the Clio at Silverstone yesterday. It was my first time there and it was on the very fast GP circuit so I was a bit nervous at first, not knowing what corner was coming next. My dad was a lot more cautious, but I was able to...
