PAC -> O2 and iPhone.
Gah, my replies are too predictable nowadays :(
I don't get why you wouldn't use O2 with an iPhone? Heh. Unlimited data, unlimited Wifi (And it is unlimited, not limited to 200MB in the terms), well priced (IMO), etceetcetcetc and you can run all updates with no fear! :p
That's Student.. around 7%/8% discount I think. Higher Education (where they actually check) is 15% or something.
Oh, and:
http://www.engadget.com/2008/10/09/apple-notebook-event-is-on-october-14th/
If there's a 12"/13" Macbook (Pro or not, depends which looks best ;)), small, light, but...
You need to go to the HE Education Apple store from a University PC..
(Well you did a couple of years ago)
They use the hostname of the PC to verify you.. (it has to come from .ac.uk)
Yea, has domain stuff etc removed in Home.
There's quite a few differences.. just that most home users don't use any of them.. which is why they made so many versions - so people pay for what they use.
OSX is indeed where it's at ;)
How are you trying?
What format does it take it in?
smb://IP.ADDRESS.OF.YOUR.MAC/Sharename should work providing you've given access to a user of your choice and the Boxee knows the user/pass?
I've never used Boxee so going in blind, but.. that's how normal OSX works.
If I could get Be, I'd be (haha) on there straight away.
There is no better ADSL(2) provider in the UK.. really.. (maybe Easynet with their ADSL up to 8Mb service, but that's £99/month.. great connection though, but every Be connection I've used has always been hitting 12/13Mb down...
Ugh, I'm going to do a backup and restore on mine.
2.1 is awful - everything it "fixed" it's caused on mine?! Very odd. Slow keyboard (which I didn't have before) and call drops (which I didn't have before). Ugh!
Home and Student comes with 3 licenses, so you may install it on 3 PCs/Laptops at any one time, yes.
If you need a 4th, you need to uninstall it from one of the current three.. but I don't think you're asking that :)
Yea, especially when it's nonsense. :p
In terms of Dell, "buy cheap, you get cheap" it's not really the case - their stuff is really good..
But then, for every HP person, there's a Dell person slating the other side.. so.. s'all good ;)
1000 texts is insane in a day.
Infact, I'm going to do some maths! :)
Say you don't sleep, that's 41 an hour - that's like, a text every minute and a half (very rough).
Say you sleep for 6 hours (not much), that leaves 18 hours.. so 55 an hour. Let's round it up to 60 an hour to make it...
Where did you put the div? My way works.. fact! (providing you set the width to anything other than 100%)
Altho, you have everything set with widths.. too many.. that's what'll be causing the issue.
Hmm, I think you need to be a bit more careful.
O2 is Be pretty much, and I know there is a "safe" list of routers which work with Be - some don't.. some require firmware updates if I remember?
As you have a Belkin, I'd recommend using the supplied router :p
