if you take off knock sensor the engine became more agresive
this sensor reads the detonation from engine and lowers the power for security
i have a wimmer chip tuhing file and the knock sensor is disabled to reach more power
this is k4m engine but it is in the same place on f4r's
while you have changing it the left of it ther is a joint arm
firstly take of it because you cant use the tool to turn the knock sensor
the joint is so near
yes check the fuse box behind the headligt
there are lots of sockets there
also check the shock sensor socket if itis connected (the red one on the passenger side in the engine )
my friend bought a 172 ph1 last week but the car sounds like a diesel engine. it has a dephaser pulley fault.
we heard that cup dephasers are different is it true?
we want to change it and wondering if there is option like that .

i use black 500 c spary
i painted not the glass, the inside of the all headlight excluding the mirror of long light
and also take over the park lights to the signal lights
i have opened mine and painted inside of them black
with hot air and a knife you can open them slowly
after that you can close them using black or colorless silicone
i have driven my car about 8 mounts like a diesel engine and no body can found the prblem inc. renault dealers at last by the help of dr rollo i found that it was dephaser pulley. i bought it approx. £180 and £70 for fitment in turkey
