Great first car mate, I had a 1.2 Dynamique as my first motor and just bombed around in it stock for a couple of years, I was then able to afford to insure a 172 Cup, worth the wait! Edit - 'Bombed' as in 'careful driving to build up my no claims'

Plenty of motors to look at tonight at Squire's JDM meet, snapped a few of the peaches: Mini was literally a mini shell dropped on to an MX5 chassis, Mazda engined too. We couldn't work out what the motor was parked behind it though, any takers? We were thinking Opel.

Recall convoying down to a Clio meet a few years back with him in Birstall Leeds, he had a PH1 172 with a 182 rear end (!) at the time. Awesome to see him doing well, enjoy his videos too. @leeds_182, you were there in a Golf GTI!

Was at Harewood last Sunday for the hill climb, and had a potter around the car park to see what I could find. I've included some pit pictures too, not really spotted as they were competing but awww well, shiny hillclimb motors are still appreciated I'm sure, although phone pictures:

Lovely is that mate, HIDs are a great upgrade too. The Mrs has an MX-5 Sport Graphite edition, nice little thing, still waiting to get my grubby mits on it to give it a good thrashing!
