Depends where its plumbed in. On the 2.0 it attaches to the pipes, not the airbox so you can keep that stock and replace the box with a cone

K, well that little breather is actually a fuel filter, so not much use up in the engine bay. The larger filter is an air filter, and if you remove the standard airbox, you should be able to fit it in place of it. I've only got 2.0 photos, but hopefully they'll give you an idea Standard airbox...

Ive got the top arm, and obviously it bolts to the ac pump, but not the arm the reaches under the fuel rail guard

Might be a stupid question, but I'ma ask it anyways. How important is the alternator bracket? The one that comes from the block to the back edge of the alternator? Just seen a photo of an engine on ebay with one fitted, and there hasn't been one on mine since I've owned it.

I've found a couple of solutions for this, just working on getting the bits together to implement it.
