it can be done manually as you leave the office, but not sure about automatically/on a timer. Unless there is some sort of jailbreak feature that does it.
surely you can just delete the games you aren't playing, that's what I do. It gives you the option to keep the save files etc.. so if you ever re-install you will be able to pick up where you left off.
however sky cap the max download at up to 38mbps and BT up to 76mbps. Dependent upon distance to the cab, copper/aluminium wiring. etc..
BT FTTH is up to 330 mbps if you are incredibly lucky to live in certain areas.
