Plus, you should absolutely scrap the idea of a v6 trophy and get this instead:

The guy basically put everything from an ex Laguna touring car into a 182
I would imagine the v6 trophy is the same I can't see any reason why it would be any more mellow than a 182 racer.
And adjustment on the suspension of a cup racer with the spring rates they have would be like softest settings being a brain hemmorhage to stiffest being spine snapping. I found a...
A cup racer Clio would be dangerous on uk roads, it would rattle itself to pieces aswell as your skull, and it would hop and bounce over even the lightest of road imperfections
So it turns out, all the pictures above are (as some already know) the same car, a one and only built by Zoran Kastratovic.
Above images are pictures of all the phases and transitions the car went through, experimenting with aero etc, and then raced in multiple touring car championships.
And...
Either one might make you slower, depending on how you appreciate money. I've only ever done two track days in turbo clios and i only drove it probably 50% of what they are capable of.
Mechanical sympathy is a big thing when it comes to tuned clios (itb & fi) if you want any type of longevity...
Great build! ive had a fair few clios in my time and im currently on my second turbo, first one was dyno'd at 265 bhp and i always thought anything north of 320 bhp, even at the fly to be almost useless.
Kinda like this -
But it seems you've done a fair bit of compensating for the extra...
You wont have any problem, yes they are a bigger bore but they taper down for the cat attachment, you dont need to pay a specialist to fit an exhaust anyone with a pair of functional hands can do it
Thought id share some cool s**t i found that other countries are / were doing with clios for anyone who may not have seen before

Some video links;
Seems they were made as touring cars but cant delve that much information about them, maybe someone on here knows...
it's a long life unit, and although not known to be a common problem, can fail as can any part on any car. it's about £5 to replace and a fairly simple job, so why not try it.
Do you use the car competitively? Any modifications? I haven't often seen anyone overly concerned with the gear ratios that much, I just watched back a video from the 750mc and on the longest straight at cadwell the Clio was only just getting to the limiter in 4th, seems like you'd have your...
damn, thats awesome. im going to ask my ex boss if he would like to sponsor me through next years 750mc 😂
its probably a tax write off for the sponsor anyway!
im pretty sure they do have a filter? they are in the bottom part of the fuel sender unit, the bottom just unclips pretty easy job to change the filter afaik, just potentially messy
Good old reliable french cars :tonguewink:
May i ask, what do your sponsors bring to the table? Do they cover all your racing fee's or a percentage of them?
In terms of track driving, on the mid / exit corner when you get back on the power, for the most part id say you're more than likely going to be in the 5-6k rpm range area. Thats where these low boost conversions shine, i wasnt speaking in exact sciences but i took a peek at some itb'd 182 dyno...
