I am having a similar problem...

Sounds like you have spent a fair amount of money trying to sort it out, I think I am going to try and book mine in at a specialist and see what they say. I've check for play...
What about your track rod ends and maybe even inners have you thought about re-newing them?
Had mine on axle stands today with the wheels off, couldn't find any signs of excessive play or anything that would cause this "twitchy-ness". Think I'm going to get the tracking done and go from there.
It does seem like a long list.
Only other thing I've noticed is that when stationary if you turn the steering wheel to the left a couple of inches and then release the wheel there is a knocking noise/feel.
Over the last few weeks I've noticed my Cup seems to be a little twitchy. It is most noticable on an un-even road surface when I am either braking or accelerating, the steering wheel will move left or right if you havn't got a firm hold of it.
Anyone else experienced similar?
Serviced her again on 59k, plugs, filters and oil.

Front Passenger Side
Rear Passenger Side
Found another set of Turini's on eBay and had 2 of them refurbed and powdercoated in the same...
Now you have your standard wheels off the car, why don't you refurb them? Anthracite to match your bullets maybe? Then take that splitter off, drive down to your local Skoda dealer, hand over £11 and fit a fabia one. Your car would look so much better, but that is just my opinion.
Loved it when he had it, but looks like it has seen better days now. Still would make a decent buy at 3k.

Cheers. We'll have to get some pictures of them both, I bet there are some decent spots around where I work.
Well atleast you are able to do all the work yourself, can I buy it back when you fit a T3?
Yeh the Apex are good for looks, but that is about it.
Fitted my Sportlines and new top mounts during the week, i went for the cheapskate option and bought SKF top mounts and bearings from Eurocarparts. They were £45 delivered for a pair and touch wood they seemed to cure the knocking noise on full lock.
It took me about 2 hours to fit them...
