My old one for sale, looks like the dealer has done a bit of work to the bodywork.

That just wants breaking, £650 ONO? He'd take £500 and he's not far from @Chi....
Brakes £250 +
Wheels/tyres £150
Exhaust £100
Lights £100
Money back already....
It needs a dephaser and mapping. Probably worth putting some cams in whilst doing the dephaser to get the most out of the ITB's, especially if it needs a new map any way. £1500?
The new finish on the Megane has cheapened it IMO. It was just crying out for some black/anthracite/silver wheels.
I really can't get my head around all these sub £1000 clios, fast and furious style turbo and a broken Itb'd Trophy. Especially when you say you want to get used to using one car...
Get a remap and fit a drivers bucket seat? I wouldn't bother spending money on bracing. Maybe some decent tyres on a second set of wheels? These would always come in handy if you did decide to get a 1*2.
What suspension are you running? If standard then I'd think about a set of Eibach springs.
Isn't that pretty much standard on there if a trophy doesn't have Turinis?
Were you not tempted for £2.5k Chi? It's got to be worth that if it's HPI clear.
Hah, I can see where you're coming from.
I like the colour, there wasn't a great deal of choice for the amount I wanted to spend. In the end it was a choice between this, burnt orange and silver. I pretty much chose this one on condition, history and mileage.
They are decent value for money and I'm hoping it will keep her quiet for 5 years. It means that when I've finished renovating my house I can get something with just 2 seats to go in the garage that I've built.
We sold our Panda 100HP as it was getting too small for my little boy and all his tackle. My partner has always liked the Soul and tried to get me to buy one two years ago. So I decided to have a go in a Soul and I was impressed, probably because expectations were low.
I then found one for sale...
She's going in the morning, I'm PXing it against a 59 plate Kia Soul 2. The Soul was my partners choice and I can't really get excited about collecting it. But hopefully it'll be reliable and I think I got a fairly good deal on it.
I did 800 miles in the Laguna and averaged 26MPG, it's been a...
That's strange, it's cheaper to insure than a 1.2 Punto for us. If we were to insure the Laguna for the year it'd be £375, my partner's 30 and she had a non fault claim 2 years ago. If all other running costs were as cheap as insurance I'd keep it!
