Battery is under the airbox bend. I need to fix the battery bracket properly still.
It's just a cheap Varley/Odyssey equivalent for now like I ran on my Clio.
The thing is though that there are Clio turbos used on track which will be hotter on the IAT side of things and therefore put more heat into the engine but have no issues.
That's why I'm asking about the IAT, because then you will at least know how much heat is going in. If they aren't that...

Definitely get the 250 over the 265. Cheaper and after a remap they're both the same. 3" Exhaust (preferably with decat or sports cat), filter, remap and your looking at 315-320bhp and 350-360lbft.
Cup pack is worthwhile.
Very, very capable car for the money compared to other cars out there.

And it is best with two 10 or 9" fans rather than one 12" fan.
Standard engine with standard Renault gaskets etc. I would do the following though to make the most of the ITBs and enging longevity :-
Uprated cams £320ish (Piper BP285 are the best £/performance)
Head port/polish (makes the most of the cams and ITBs)
ARP conrod bolts (standard are a weak...
