Find a local petrol station with a DIY pressure washer. Take a pre wash product, wheel cleaner and QD spray with you.
Apply the pre wash to all panels, followed by the wheel cleaner leaving them to dwell a few minutes. The pressure washers are typically more powerful than your own at home so...
It is a shame to see a lovely car not cared for as best as it could be, but if they're happy with a clean car then so be it. Some don't see swirls and marring as damage to the paint. It's their choice.

It's very easy to inflict that damage with a clay mitt. Have done it on hard VW paint after several hits with tar and iron removers. And I only use a fine clay mitt, snow foamed the car then using a clay lube on each panel as well

A while back, I questioned how dirty people thought their cars were as they posted pictures of hydr02 I think after 3 to 4 weeks.
This is a quick photo after 10 days of typical use for me. Car is gloss black wearing sonax Polymer net shield topped up with either reload or BSD
Bathe + will over ride the water behaviour of wetcoat, and although pretty decent for a shampoo the water behaviour isn't a touch on wet coat so I wouldn't recommend using it too often unless wetcoat is starting to drop off a little

Gyeon tire is a favourite and lasts very well, but does require a good clean and dry tyre for it to work well. Nice finish also
I've only used the bathe+ and didn't find it all that slick on general maintenance washes, but we are in a pretty hard water area so might require a stronger dilution...
Not used any of them, but I'm intrigued by the cleaning power of a TFR that claims to not significantly effect LSP's, I can't say no to a QD and was in need of a general wheel cleaner so thought I'd see if it's actually decent or just another new craze getting hyped up
If you're washing a pretty dirty car even after your normal pre wash, go over it again with snow foam then wash as normal. Makes a right mess but helps the wash
Demon machine rapid dirt shifter, rinse car, spray liberally with this. Leave to dwell then pressure rinse off works very well

Generally worked 3 or 4 panels at a time, I found it cure quite quick in warmish temps. If not too high I have done half a car/ all of one side before removing
I had Helios and genesis samples. Nice enough to use in application and removal. But performance wasn't anything great, durability was average at best. Vics concours was very very similar to one of them in lots of ways.
Not tried any of the non wax products
