I’ve noticed my X randomly mute itself on about four occasions, the last two occurred when a) I opened the daily mail app and b) I unlocked the phone.
Bit confused as to why it’s doing this but I’ll have to keep an eye on it
Am I stupid? (Yes)
How do I get it so the button at the bottom of my gmail account within Mail deletes the email rather than archives? I had this on my 6 but can’t find the setting!
Based on one claim, including the cost of Applecare...
Screen Replacement:
Without Applecare+ £286.44
With Applecare+ £225
Device Replacement:
Without Applecare+ £556.44
With Applecare+ £279
Not rolling with AppleCare.
It’s insurance, yes. House Insurance could also potentially cover some of the cost.
Haven’t broken or lost this one in 3 years, hopefully the same luck will continue!
iPhone X - 256GB for me.
I'm hoping I can get it delivered before going on holiday for 3 weeks on Nov 13th as it'll take a damn sight better photos than my 6!
Nope - This was on the screen, I thought the screen/picture/pixel quality was going to be a bit more noticeable. I'll have to send one from him to me and I'll compare on the 27" iMac.
Going to go into Apple this week and see if a Plus tempts me or if it's too big for my little hands.
Played on my mates 7 today and compared to my 6 as I've still bee umming and arring about whether or not to get a 7.
It was very underwhelming.
The main camera picture didn't look much different
The selfie camera was much better.
Marginally quicker
Everything else seemed the same & was more...
Apple leather case. Tend to do me 12 months before looking a bit worse for wear.
Spectacularly stacked it whilst running recently and the case saved the phone although it ended up looking a state. Thankfully I still have my old one as the back up!
Out of curiosity checked the EE Sim only upgrade deals as had my current 12 month deal 2 years.
Just upgraded from £22.50 for 5GB Data, to £19.99 for 8GB 'Faster 4G' Data.
Not sure it will be any quicker but £2.50 a month less for 3GB more is an improvement.
Am I missing something...seems a no brainer to buy it through the Apple Upgrade Programme by paying monthly with no interest at the same overall price as buying it outright but you also get free apple care worth £120?
I just like the idea of being able to put it on to a little port or something to charge and not faff around with a wire.
The only downside would be the fact I like to play on it for the first 15 mins before I get out of bed and keep it on charge so it's at 100%.
Decided - going to hold fire and keep my 6 for longer. First time I've kept an iPhone longer than 2 years, always been 1 or 2 years. Hoping next year will be a new shape or some more visual changes! I need a half way point between the normal and plus!
Wireless charging has got to be on the...
I've currently got a 6 and strongly debating getting the 7.
All this talk of 'the major update' coming next year is making me think I should wait, but I don't want to wait if next year is simply a '7s'.
Also contemplating going from the normal size to the plus. Argh too much thinking to be...
I had the 6 at launch when I bought handset only and a sim only contract, if it's worth buying I'll buy it outright again although I'm a bit skeptical at the moment and can see myself skipping it for the first time!
Especially as rumours seems to be suggesting it could go to an iPhone 8 this...
100% get the OEM RNS-510 head unit!
Just sold my Golf with it and helps the resale value no end as well as making the interior look much smarter. The DVD function can also be made to carry on working for passengers, or you can just have the noise from a DVD playing with the sat nav/map on the...
For a variety of reasons, including mortgage, flexibility, size of monthly payments etc, no. (Definitely would be in certain cases)
Was a better option to have a smaller monthly payment, less impact on mortgage applications, then just a shortfall of about £8k at the end of the term to pay for...
Thanks. Fair comment on the sealant and wax. (My logic was sealant to protect the paint and then wax to add some shine).
I have purchased it. (PCP with £10k deposit, then will be purchasing it outright in 30 months). Another £300 to get a pro to do something is just another expense lol It's...
Hi all,
Just pulled the trigger on a brand new BMW 440i Coupe and in the frustrating yet exciting period of waiting for it to arrive, I thought i'd top up my kit.
Having never bothered with sealant before, just polishing then waxing, would you be able to recommend a good sealant for hand...
