Mine told me 47" was more than big enough, I almost went from 55" to 65" at that point to prove a point, but then realised it wouldn't fit nicely in the area I had planned so had to settle with 55".
When it comes to the size of a TV or power of a car, women are useless. It's all about size and...
That is what I was originally going to buy, but after some research and speaking to some of the more knowledgeable people in Selfridges and John Lewis, they all said that the F8000 offered no noticeable difference over the F7000 despite costing £300 more, and I also preferred the stand on the...
Your eyes adjust to it, I wish I went for a 65" lol! I don't find 55" too big, I'd say it's perfect for an apartment or smaller living room. 65" for a big living room! The picture quality on both the F7000 and F8000 is fantastic!
I considered Curry's, got annoyed with the sales bloke though as he was clueless and I prefer John Lewis anyway, despite being about 20 minutes away from me rather than 5 minutes.
Depends how much you watch it. I like to watch sport and movies on mine, so paying the extra is worth it.
Just like when you pay extra for quality in a car, it's all about having the right balance of £ to value I suppose. You don't get the same level of satisfaction of having someone round in...

This is what I bought, 55" LED Samsung for £2099. They have a 46" too which is about £1500/£1600
Very good price, I almost went ahead with it about 18 months ago but quote was near £300 so told them no thank you!
Fair play for doing it on a black car, small details matter!
Agree with that, there have been times I've called VM and ended up with 'Steve' aka Surpindingaish from Delhi, India which has been frustrating, and fairly sure the last Sky person I ended up with was from Newcastle or Scotland, something very northern anyway which was better than having someone...
I used them in my final year of Uni for broadband and they were great, cancelled a few months early and the charge was only £23, when I had about £80 worth left to pay on the contract. Still prefer VM though!
The Rugby season doesn't start until the 6th of September and I've always been happy with Virgin. No rush just yet although if deals start to stall, I'd have a month to jump ship.
Yeah Gouldy, I suppose they all differ.
I also noticed specs/marks on the rear of the phone, despite being in a case, obviously from where dirt got inbetween the case and the phone and rubbed. I still prefer the phone from the 4S though!
I've had a 3GS, 4S and a 5, I like to update but I can't see the next being a great step apart from the 5, but if it is I will be extremely tempted to upgrade. I've found the battery quite weak on the 5, but that may be due to the amount I constantly play on it! Lol!
LOL Really? Behave!
I'd reccommend any of the Samsung F7000/F8000 models, I just bought the 55" Samsung F7000 and it's truly amazing, picture quality is unbeatable!
VM have said it's BT sport deal will be merged/completed by the end of July on their website. I'd hold your horses until then!
(I've also been following the issue closely as an avid Rugby fan, and the fact BT Sport have exclusivity to all televised Premiership Rugby this season)
