You really should have taken that offer at £80, daft decision not to. It's out of warranty and regardless of whether it was working fine before or not, it's out of warranty and now isn't working so you should have taken that offer and ran!
If you potter round in 6th a lot you can easily see 400+ out of a tank, although 330ish is probably more usual if choosing not to potter around everywhere
Looking nice and fresh mate, I cleaned mine as well today, so easy to get lazy and keep it filthy in December, just a matter of how long it will stay fresh though now lol!
Only thing I'll have to watch out for is the next renewal, as I'm fairly sure they only let you have vehicles worth up to £20k, so puts a lot of newish cars out of bounds with them!
As I say with all insurance companies, you can never say they are 'good' unless you have had to claim with them, or have changing circumstances, that's the only time you get to test their worth.
