That would be brilliant if you could find them mate I'll PayPal you across the £££. If I install original bolts I presume I then go and get the toe adjusted not the camber (as surely the camber will be correct on the standard bolts)
I've never been a fan myself however I tried 6 garages and they (the 7th) were the first local one I found with a camber gauge, some garages hadn't even heard of it! Shocking. Well I will try to find another garage and speak to them on the phone prior to going down.
Was he just speaking crap...
He sent them ages ago but Royal Fail lost the item! So should I find another garage then that knows how the use the bloody camber gauge? Feel like I'm going in circles
Hi guys, finally found a garage that had a camber gauge and took it in today to get the Eibach camber bolts readjusted to take all of the negative camber out as it's not for me. Anyway I took it in and he immediately asked if the car was lowered. After I told him it was he said he couldn't touch...
It's a guy I work with, just got it the other week and he used to have the LY 182 with KMW reg plate. He is actually coming to the CS calender photo shoot.
Ok so I will ignore the grinding at nearly full lock but what about this knocking? Is that also genuinely a normal thing if you are using solid top mounts? If so then I won't bother sticking it in a garage and wasting money lol
Thanks for the help
Currently mine is left or right just before approaching full lock (and after this point). Can you also 'feel' it through the steering wheel too?, it's quite nasty!
Hi all just a few questions regarding my 182 if I may :approve: The car is lowered on Cooksports, and also has Pure Motorsport solid top mounts. Since I picked it up from the previous owner it has been prone to knock from the front end when turning or sometimes when hitting a bump. Was told this...
Yea haha, however the police hadn't been informed that was our emergency access route and tried stopping us until a lovely traffic bobby showed up and blue lighted us through! It was like driving through Leeds festival! You have a good night?
Ah ok I saw a BG 182 haha small world! I am a lifeboat crew member for the RNLI and we had a shout that night, that was me slowly making my way back home lol
Looks amazing mate enjoy and be safe! I used to have an R6 until a few years back but got rid in the end to go back to 4 wheels! Too many close calls and couldn't afford car and bike
I have a Scorpion with Scorpion decat (Revised Center). Sounds amazing, really deep and a slight rasp at high revs. Was put on by Lawro the previous owner no plans on changing it :p
Tried this on a previous car and took it after after a few days, the light output was definitely effected, and it did look rubbish up close. Get something with a bit more quality like Lamin-X
ha yea the seats really make the interior, especially with the re-trimmed wheel. I think Lawro sourced these seats on his own, they were restitched with silver trimmings and RenaultSport on the tops! Pretty comfy too
Hi all, thought I would start a progress thread for my recently acquired titanium 182 from CS member Lawro. The car has already had a lot of love and attention so in terms on "needs" the list is very small! I also wanted my 182 to look pretty much exactly how Lawro sold the car to me so again...
