Nah I've still got mine mate I'm slowly but surely doing it up not that it's a dog or that but it's don't 143k now so the steering component are a bit tired along with suspension etc.
I'll be keeping my Williams for as long as possible.
Strange one about the fuel pipe mate. I've never heard of failing like that before.
The inner and outer TRE's were changed when the clutch was done btw.

Can anyone tell me where I can buy Lemforder ball joints for my 172? I've bought them in the past from ECP but they told me today they don't sell them anymore.
Personally never had a problem driving in the winter in Scotland on standard tyres and I drive all over Scotland with my job.
Drive to the conditions and all that.
