Lightning......just saying. Surge protection isn't a 100% guaruntee to protect from a strike. I fit lightning conductors for a living and even they don't fully protect a building from damage.

Nah I've got a black ph1 172. I've seen the guy in the 182 a few times too. It's a really quiet area I moved in there in November.

Yup as Gally says, that's all been done. Just need to get the wheels sorted out and a few other bits & pieces and it will be finished....I hope.
