    Driving around with the handbrake on will clear the corrosion off no problem, think of it as a DIY disk skim.

    It looks like rubber when it gets sprayed in the remanufacturing process,( service exchange) new ones obviously look like lead.

    You would have to be very bad at repairing cars to damage these whilst replacing a drive shaft. Good chance the shaft is faulty, I would order another and send the wobbler back.

    Its a large lump off lead with a rubber inner sleeve to hold it in place.

    NGK make the spark plugs and also sell the coil packs.

    That's a earth problem on the rear lights.

    You need to make sure there tight on the pins using a small flat head screw driver to close the gap.

    That will be corroded connections on the rear light cluster, which will also stop the cruse control from working.

    As above take the cat of and hold it up to the light, should be able to see trough it, any dark patches means its blocked in that area.

    Being picky, Its had new steering wheel thumb grips and the Renault and sport badge have been stuck in the wrong position also missing front splitter.

    It seams to be a problem that happens a lot I changed the cam belt on mine a replaced the dephaser just incace it started to play funny buggers.

    There's no need to weld them, there a interference fit just like the original bushes.
