As Sunglasses Ron has said. Also try turning ignition on wait 30 seconds then turn off and on quickly. I had same issue and a mate who worked for Renault told me it's a common problem, confused immobiliser or something and this resets sets it. Worked for me. Goodluck.
Had similar, try this. Turn ignition on for a good 30 seconds then off and back on quickly. Worked for me a friend of mine who worked at Renault said common problem, something about confused immobiliser and this resets it, or change battery.
Some times confused immobiliser, turn key on for 30 seconds off and back on quickly, my mate who worked at Renault told me it's a common problem. Goodluck.

I find mine very predictable, around town 28, dual carriage ways and motorways 38. Also find being a little heavy with right foot doesn't really change this. After having my 172 for 4 months now I'm quite impressed. If you have come from a 1.2 or the likes you may feel RS are a little thirsty...
I was proud to put my sticker in back window until a few members told me I had done it wrong, @ Darius sorted it for me or else I would still be driving around like a tw*t.
