I'd just give it a once over yourself like Steve said check tyres for any damage like egging. That can be a nightmare.
Check what you can to your ability/accessibility. If you have a jack and stands you can check most things.
Like you say go straight for balancing and as to the rack I think they do a replacement bush because the standard ones wear over time.
I'm new to clios myself so somebody else may be able to clarify this. I know I replaced it on my megane
Turbo cars aren't that bad to drive. Lag isn't an issue unless you're running ridiculous power and then you'd probably be running some form of anti lag.
It takes me longer to get my clio in the power than it does my 225. Hence the clio getting a snail strapped to it over the winter haha
Cheers mate. This worked a treat. Only thing is now the passenger side rear fog isn't working. Tried multiple bulbs but no luck. Checked the connection but no luck.
Funnily enough though my lights I've just taken out have no bulb for the rear fog on the passenger side so I may have to dig a...
I've just put ph2 rear lights in my ph1. I've followed the wiring diagram and double and triple checked everything yet my car persists to put the rear dogs on when I brake and when I indicate right!
Any help greatly appreciated

I've got a ktec super sports which isn't that bad. I don't think it resonates badly at all. You're always going to get increased cabin noise. To be honest scorpion are probably best out there at the moment for the money.
I think miltek discontinued stainless exhaust systems and the only make...
Yeah the styling isn't for me on a 1.4 but you got to respect anyone who spends time and money on their cars. It's why were all here at the end of the day so fair play
Yeah that's a good point. It's mainly when the rubber seals get damaged if I'm correct. Water gets in and corrodes the piston. And when people run their brakes too low, the piston comes so far out it can damage the rubber. Like you say people will tell you not to bother but you could if you knew...
It's only the carriers that need rebuilding right? I'm sure you could pick a couple up fur next to nothing from a car getting broke on here.
Then free yours up too. Depends on your skill level and budget I suppose. Some would say don't waste your time go buy new. Others will tell you to repair it
Right guys I know I've never personally met any of you but I've been scoping around the site for a few months now. Spoken to a few etc.
Thing is I am fitting my ph2 dash into my ph1 pretty soon and I aren't 100% on the whole rewiring situation. Willing to pay for a bit of help on this and...
I'm a biker so for me hats off to Ducati. They could have used the desmosedici or tricolore for a fraction of the price and still got the same results. Or waited for the new Kawasaki which will have around 295bhp.
P1 though. What a machine!!
I was going to put a picture of mine up tomorrow when I get it on the ramps to show what I mean. Mine did the same and there was damage to the chassis and shaft.
