aww man, that makes it dear for you to lower, what about lowering on some decent springs and shocks?
I'm hopefully getting coilovers next Friday if money goes to plan :D
Ahh good, better drivers pass second time ;) and when I was taking lessons I just lined my mirrors with the other car and reversed in etc and got it straight every time. At one point he even folded my mirrors so I didn't have them and still got it perfect haha.
Shame I couldn't reverse bay...
Did you pass second time then? It's always the small stupid things you fail on... I don't see the point of the methods they teach you for parking as its easier just doing it your own way hahah
Haha my driving instructor told him he was being harsh so it must be the examiner ;) it's the same as anybody though, if you have a bad day or don't like your job, your mood affects you :)
Thank you :) hopefully will this time, it all depends on your examiner I suppose as some are stricter than others which I obviously got :( and I suppose there's an advantage of not having to clean it though ;P
Haha I thought they would be a nice touch to the interior but keeping the colours going :) and I wish I could get them but I need to take my re test :( make it a gift for me if you want. ;)
Purchased some clio mats with yellow edging from Magh and some heko wind deflectors which should be here for Friday hopefully. Also bidding on some coilovers on eBay but don't think I'll win. :)
I'm looking at getting these springs

but will they fit my 1.2 16v as all it says is clio b ??
Will these fit a 1.2 16v then, as I've heard there's a difference with them to an 8v

Pictures of the bumper now completed and my depressing arch gap.
car is currently getting a layer of prima epic. Feels so slick al ready and it takes 24 hours to properly cure so can't wait:)
Yeah front bumper insert is fitted I will upload pictures later, and wind deflectors will have to wait till next week as I'm getting nagged for not booking a re test and spending it on the car haha
Haha, I'm not telling them anything apart from lower and wheel changes when they come, I think 5300 is enough without declaring mods.
This is how daft insurance is that you have to tell them if you have put stickers on as it makes it more appealing to a burglar pahaha
Get it fitted now ;) makes such a difference, and yeah I dare say that more modifying goes on with non sports, but I probably wouldn't do much to a sport haha
Thanks, ill get the link if you want and I'm loving the front end now, get my other part of the front bumper back tomorrow so it will be finished :) then wind deflectors Friday
I have some prima epic coming tomorrow along with prima slick which are ment to be good but if I'm not happy ill try your suggestion alex as I've seen a lot of good reviews about it and everyone on here talks about it :)
Don't use sponges when washing the car though as they scratch the paint, get a wool wash mitt and for applying polishes and waxes get some foam pads to prevent streaking etc. :)
Clay bar is to remove any contaminations from the paintwork grime etc
polish I believe is to remove scratches swirls etc and make the paintwork less dull (some may provide some protection for water but not many)
cleanse to remove any polish residue and existing wax I think,
not sure on the...
